New 92,849 square foot joint public works facility with offices, heated vehicle storage, mechanics bays, new hot water heating plant with infloor tubing, hot water unit heaters, underground heating mains, new outdoor LP gas system with vaporizers, MAU’s vehicle exhaust, all new temperature controls, over 400′ of trench drains with a 1,500 gallon flammable liquid interceptor buried 12′ deep inside the building, new compressed air system, new plumbing with fixtures and associated equipment and an existing admin building remodel.
